Kim Sandford serves as Dean of Workforce and Outreach at 抖阴短视频. With more than 27 years of experience in education, she is committed to expanding access to workforce training, educational opportunities, and community partnerships that support student success. In her role, she collaborates with faculty, students, employers, and community organizations to develop programs that strengthen workforce readiness and meet regional needs. Prior to joining 抖阴短视频, Ms. Sandford worked in both secondary and higher education, gaining experience in student development, career preparation, and educational leadership. She is passionate about connecting education, industry, and community resources to create pathways for learners of all ages.
